Dr. Jordan Peterson has been roasted online for sharing a “man milking” BDSM fetish porn video falsely portrayed as coming from a Chinese Communist Party “sperm bank.”
“So much fun in the incredible techno nightmare of CCP hell,” the Canadian psychologist wrote on Twitter Saturday in the since-deleted post.
The extremely graphic video shared by an account allegedly documenting human rights violations in China showed three naked men lying in hospital beds attached to “male milking machines”.
“What is going on in China? Three kids policy?” the account caption of the post.
Dr. Peterson’s daughter Mikhaila Peterson responded, “DAD, you can’t retweet this on Twitter. My eyes will never recover.”
Twitter users were quick to point out that the video came from a British fetish porn studio.
“So to be 100 per cent clear – Jordan Peterson just unironically retweeted a video of a BDSM dungeon for milking men in the UK, which was alleged to be footage of human rights abuses in China,” the journalist wrote Anna Slatz.
“One person’s techno nightmare hell is another’s techno nightmare heaven.”
The original account later apologized, writing: “Sorry. My mistake. I found this video on WeChat and they said this is the collection room for sperm banks in China. Turns out this video is from the UK.
Dr. Peterson deleted the post without comment, but the X-rated mistake soon saw the controversial author and internet personality trending on Twitter.
“I try to read Twitter on a flight next to innocent fellow passengers, and every tenth tweet is a screenshot of Jordan Peterson milking content. So I think the site still has some magic,” said Johnny McNulty.
“I’m not sure how I’ll recover from Jordan Peterson tweeting a male milk fetish video because he thinks it’s a real Chinese government policy,” he wrote. Will Summer.
“For the love of God, someone will take down Jordan Peterson’s Twitter account,” he added Harry Khachatrian.
“The Ontario College of Psychologists asks Dr. Jordan Peterson to the c**k-milking machine tweet… will this upcoming hearing be televised? PPV?” early Jesse Hawken.
Dr. Peterson is currently facing disciplinary action from the College of Psychologists of Ontario over some of his public statements on topics such as transgender ideology and climate change.
The professional body has ordered him to undergo mandatory social media training or face an in-person tribunal hearing, where he risks losing his clinical license.
He has refused to comply with the training and has filed for judicial review in the Ontario Divisional Court.
The threat to revoke his license — which was criticized in an open letter last month by a group of 75 public intellectuals — is largely symbolic, as Dr. Peterson has not practiced clinical psychology for several years.
Dr. Peterson, who toured Australia in November to promote his new book Out of orderthe sequel to his 2018 bestseller 12 rules for lifebecame world famous in 2016 for his outspoken opposition to left-wing ideologies that ‘woke up’.
But he largely disappeared from public life for much of 2019 and 2020 after struggling with benzodiazepine addiction, with news of his drug use and health struggles coming as a shock to fans.
Things took an even darker turn in early 2020, when Dr. Peterson sought alternative treatment for benzodiazepine dependence in a Russian hospital after what Mikhaila said were repeated misdiagnoses in North American hospitals.
Dr. Peterson contracted pneumonia and was kept in an induced coma for eight days at a Moscow hospital, according to Canada’s National Post. He began to recover, moving to a clinic in Florida and then Belgrade – before being hit by Covid.
“He almost died several times,” said Mikhaila.
In an interview with his daughter in June 2020, Dr. Peterson discussed his difficult road to recovery – and freely acknowledged the effect on his image, describing a drug addiction as “ethically questionable”.
“Because you think, well, obviously the person made some mistakes in the choice that contributed to this,” he said.
“Like, why would anyone take anything I say seriously?”
He returned to Canada in October 2020, telling YouTube viewers that he hoped to “return to something resembling a normal life”.
It came out in 2021 Beyond Order: 12 More Rules for Lifeand formally resigned from the University of Toronto and became Professor Emeritus.
Last July, Dr. Peterson announced that he had joined a conservative media company The daily Wire to produce content for its DailyWire+ subscription service.
He made headlines in September after losing his cool during an interview with British TV presenter Piers Morgan while responding to criticism from Don’t worry honey director Olivia Wilde.
